Co-led by the sublime Sam Arin from Center for Yoga, and the delightful Dennis Blender, this hour long class will relax your mind and streghten your body. Cooper Anstett will soothe and inspire our practice with his introspective music. Afterward, join the community to enjoy a brew from Perrin Brewing Company and snacks from Team Schostak Family Restaurants’ Del Taco, and Avalon Bakery.

Anthony Flagg, Jr., Journey from Child to Champion

Anthony Flagg, Jr. is Michigan’s state champion in the USA Boxing Elite Men’s Division. He’s competing in the national championships January 20-25, 2014 in Spokane, WA.He came to Downtown Boxing Gym more than 10 years ago. A shy 8-year-old Detroiter, he was looking for something to do after school. (more…)
